  • Save and track influencers using shortlists
  • Analyze publicly available creator data

All data and insights are generated using publicly available information and internal processing systems.

Some features may be added, modified, or removed over time.

4. Account Registration and Use

To access certain features, you must create an account.

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and current information
  • Maintain the security of your login credentials
  • Be responsible for all activity under your account

You may not share accounts, create multiple accounts for abusive purposes, or allow unauthorized access.

5. License and Permitted Use

InfluencerBees grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Services for internal business purposes in accordance with these Terms.

You may use the Services only within the limits of your subscription plan.

6. Data Sources and Accuracy

InfluencerBees processes and displays insights based on publicly available data.

You acknowledge that:

  • Data may change over time
  • Public platforms may limit or alter access
  • Metrics are estimates based on available signals

The Services are provided as an analytical tool, not a guarantee of performance or results.

7. User Responsibilities

You agree to use the Services lawfully and ethically.

You are responsible for:

  • How you interpret and act on data
  • Compliance with marketing, advertising, and data protection laws
  • Ensuring lawful outreach and communication with influencers

InfluencerBees does not authorize spam, harassment, or unlawful use of data.

8. Prohibited Uses

You may not:

  • Scrape, crawl, or automate access to the Services outside permitted features
  • Circumvent usage limits or technical restrictions
  • Reverse engineer or copy the platform
  • Resell or redistribute data without permission
  • Use the Services for unlawful, deceptive, or unethical purposes
  • Use data for credit scoring, employment decisions, or regulated purposes
  • Impersonate InfluencerBees or misrepresent data sources

Any violation may result in suspension or termination without notice.

9. Subscriptions and Payments

Certain features require a paid subscription.

By purchasing a subscription, you agree to:

  • Pay applicable fees on time
  • Authorize recurring billing (where applicable)
  • Review pricing and plan limits

All fees are non-refundable unless required by law. Downgrades may result in loss of features or data access.

10. Termination

You may cancel your account at any time.

We may suspend or terminate access if you:

Upon termination, your access to the Services will cease.

You retain ownership of your own internal business decisions and outputs created using the Services.

Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of InfluencerBees intellectual property to you.

If you provide feedback, suggestions, or ideas, you grant InfluencerBees the right to use them without restriction or compensation.

13. Privacy and Data Protection

Our collection and processing of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

You acknowledge that when using influencer data, you may be responsible for compliance with applicable data protection laws.

14. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available.”

InfluencerBees makes no warranties regarding:

  • Accuracy or completeness of data
  • Availability or uninterrupted access
  • Suitability for any particular purpose
  • Results from using the Services

Use of the Services is at your own risk.

15. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • InfluencerBees shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim

16. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold InfluencerBees harmless from claims arising from:

  • Your misuse of the Services
  • Violation of these Terms
  • Unlawful use of influencer data

17. Confidentiality

Each party agrees to protect confidential information disclosed in connection with the Services and not to misuse or disclose it without authorization.
