InfluencerBees (“we”, “our”, or “us”) provides access to influencer discovery, insights, comparison, and tracking tools through a subscription-based software platform. This Refund Policy explains how payments, cancellations, and refunds are handled.

By purchasing or using InfluencerBees, you agree to this Refund Policy.

1. Subscription Payments

InfluencerBees operates on a subscription model (monthly or yearly, depending on the plan selected).

  • All fees are charged in advance
  • Prices and billing cycles are clearly displayed before purchase
  • Taxes, if applicable, are calculated at checkout

Once a payment is successfully processed, your subscription is activated immediately.

2. Refund Policy Overview

InfluencerBees does not offer refunds for subscription fees once access has been granted.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Unused time on a subscription
  • Partial usage of features
  • Downgrades during an active billing cycle
  • Accidental purchases
  • Change of mind after purchase

This policy applies to both monthly and yearly plans.

3. Free Trials (If Applicable)

If InfluencerBees offers a free trial:

  • No charges are applied during the trial period
  • You may cancel anytime before the trial ends to avoid being charged
  • Once a trial converts into a paid subscription, the Refund Policy applies

We strongly encourage users to evaluate the platform during the trial period before upgrading.

4. Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings.

  • Cancellation stops future billing
  • Your access remains active until the end of the current billing period
  • No refunds are issued for the remaining time in the current period

After cancellation, your account will not be charged again unless you re-subscribe.

5. Exceptional Circumstances

Refunds may be considered only in rare and exceptional cases, such as:

  • Duplicate charges due to a technical error
  • Incorrect billing caused directly by InfluencerBees
  • Legal or compliance-related billing issues

If you believe a mistake has occurred, please contact us within 7 days of the charge. All requests are reviewed individually, and approval is not guaranteed.

6. Abuse & Policy Violations

InfluencerBees reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate our Terms of Service.

In such cases:

  • No refunds will be issued
  • Any remaining subscription time is forfeited

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our business or legal requirements.

Any updates will be posted on this page, and the “Effective Date” will be updated accordingly.
